Chakra Awakening: Meditation & Sound
Facilitating by Denise from Magical Pathway
Explore the seven chakras through voice, meditation and sound.
We’ll begin with simple vocal and breathing practices designed to bring awareness to each energy centre, followed by a guided meditation through the chakra system. The experience then moves into sound, with crystal singing bowls and other instruments creating layers of vibration and resonance to support relaxation, balance and a deeper connection within.

Come join us for a fun and supportive women’s circle to set your intentions for the next moon cycle.
We begin with a grounding meditation, exploring the energetic themes for this cycle, setting intentions, group clearing with Reiki to align your energy and sharing (optional). We will conclude with a burning ceremony to release your intentions to the Universe.
Please bring a blanket, mat and/or cushion to make yourself comfy as we will be sitting on the floor. Chairs and extra cushions will be provided if needed.
This month women’s circle will be facilitated by Farina

Please join Vickie for a 45 minutes session of chair yoga and meditation.
Chair yoga involves poses like twists, hip stretches and bends that are modified to be done while sitting on a chair (or, sometimes, standing while using the chair for support
In addition to all of the practice’s physical benefits, including lubricating your joints and improving digestion by moving. You will leave feeling relaxed, balanced, refreshed and energized.
Starting from June 2nd every Tuesdays
