Our first overnight on the ice of the year. I absolutely love sleeping in a ice tent. Don't get me wrong, the ice trailer is amazing but there's something extra cozy about the tent...
I caught 2 lakers but unfortunately lost 5! One of those lost would have been my biggest from this lake. I'm not sure why they kept popping off at the hole but that's fishin! I'll be back!

A great day catching Red fin Lakers. 5 Lakers and one pike. This is a very difficult and complex lake to learn with unusual tactics needed to catch the fish. I fell I have it dialed in well now. All fish caught on our Browns Angling Minnows, better know as BAMS. Next shipment will be here the second week of January.
I'll be signing off until Jan 1st.

Another great day on the hard water. A bunch of tigers and a beautiful Brown trout that was the highlight of the trip.
