This weekend brought us to the island- for our annual Moonlight Bazaar Market.

Thank you to everyone who supported us - we love slinging flowers and creating floral crowns- to the point of selling out!

Looking forward to next year- when we will see you under the moon!

We have a Winner! 🎉 We really enjoyed watching all the answers come in- some numbers we hope to aspire to.

Congratulations Tammy Trenholm! Your guess was right on. Yesterday we brought home 20000 Vanco tulip bulbs.

Some of these will be available for your gardens, in our shop beginning Tuesday.

The rest will be planted and placed in our cooler to be available as The Freshest Tulips in Tantramar -starting in March 2027.

Starting Tuesday we will have fall bulbs available for your gardens- tulips and garlic. Some of our bulbs have been delayed in shipping, but in the next week or so we should also have daffodil and hyacinth bulbs also available at the shop.

Fun Fact: Last year we grew a total of just over 15000 tulips for cut flowers. This year between the Vanco bulbs and the specialty varieties, we plan on growing more than 20000!

🌷 It’s tulip time! Well, sort of. Today is one of our annual pick up days for the farm. Matt is on his way to PEI to pick up our tulip bulbs at vanco_tulips . These are the bulbs we will have available for purchase at the farm as well as produce our cut tulips starting this winter.

Giveaway time 🎉! To kick off bulb season. We thought it would be fun to have a little guessing game. Can you guess how many bulbs Matt is bringing back here? Comment your guess and tag a friend or two. The closest to the correct amount without being over will win a mixed pack of tulip bulbs for their own garden. If in the event of a tie, we will draw the winner. And as always, we will never contact you for any of your personal information.

Winner to be announced on Saturday.

Fun Fact: In 2023 we picked up our first order of Canadian produced bulbs from Vanco in PEI- a total of 3000! Before this our bulbs were all from Holland.
