Craft Workshop Re-Vamp on a $20 budget and the energy of sloth. I repurposed lots of already owned items, picked up a few organization pieces while thrifting and this project has become a labour of love for several months. It’s a wee cold and slightly ghetto BUT the borrowed fancy heater is working miracles (thank you .houtby) and I’m getting nothing but happy vibes in here 🤍 I’ve decided I no longer wish to sell crafts. Never say never because this economy is wildly unpredictable but in this moment, I don’t have the bandwidth. Did you know that in 2025, I only painted 3 signs? I think I avoided my workshop for several months because I felt guilt and shame for not having the energy to clean & organize the room nor to use my vast collection of supplies. Don’t fret, I’m over that feeling thanks to a whole lot of hard work on my behalf…one of which included making crafts ANYWHERE but this room and solely for therapeutic reasons. Anyhoozle, all that to say that I’ve worked super hard to create a space that I hope feels welcoming, supportive, inspirational and available to share. For real, please use the space. I have more craft supplies than one could ever need. I hate seeing everything sit and I would love to open this up for others. Come by yourself. Bring a friend. Plan a coffee date w me (honestly no pressure). Make it a date night w your person. Bring your kiddo. Use the paint up before it all goes stale and has to be trashed. Bring your own supplies and just use the space to hangout. Crafting, conversation, twinkling lights and a killer music library (Spotify 🤪) have certainly done me wonders and I may not have the bandwidth yet to do more to help others, but I genuinely hope you folks take me up on this offer. Please note: cat friendly, stairs, and unpredictable teenage/perimenopausal mood swings ✨
