Hi team. This may be a bit long, and I hate writing posts like this. There was an altercation in our store on a Saturday. A customer wanted to pick up a partially complete order before it was paid in full. We explained that we don't do that because it possibly leaves us on the hook for the rest of the order. This situation led to the customer's partner yelling at a staff member then threatening to slap her in the face. No. Absolutely not. This behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave once, then the police will be called. Not security. The police. Don't. Mess. With. My staff.
