Hello everyone -
Thanks for all your patience with your orders - I am only able to pack and ship on the weekend (I'm working out of town these days) and with the large volume of sale orders it took me longer than usual to get it all packed and shipped. I have just this moment finished fulfilling all orders from the last couple of weeks- (last order #7525)
I was blown away by your response to the tariff sale. It means so much that I was able to get so many pretties into so many hands. Your orders have made it possible for me to reimagine my business in the future once the trade war dust settles. I have LOTS of ideas - with you in mind.
However, with only one more weekend till the problematic new import rule goes into effect, I realized I will need need next weekend to resolve any issues with the orders that just went out. If more orders came in, I'd be in a desperate place trying to get everything sent out in time.
With that in mind, I have turned off ordering on Trulyhats.net.
I'm going to give it six months and re-examine where things stand. At that time, I should be able to at least reinstate orders to Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia, and hopefully we can look at the USA situation at that time.
Please write me if you have issues with your existing orders - I'll fix them.
