Carefully rendered in-store from 100% Saskatchewan beef kidney fat—never trimmings or muscle fat—producing a clean, premium cooking fat with exceptional quality.

For generations, beef tallow was the go-to cooking fat in kitchens around the world. With its naturally high smoke point, it’s ideal for frying, roasting, searing, and sautéing. It also makes an excellent dairy-free substitute for butter in many cooking and baking applications.

This is interesting, I actually thought this was a Joke at first but it’s unfortunately real.

We here at Beam & Blade can’t promise prices like this but we will guarantee you that we will only carry Canadian Beef & Pork (with the exception of Genuine Wagyu ) and for those of you that care we will always have fresh Canadian Triple A and Higher Ribeye and Strip-Loin in our Counter.
