Apparently, making award-winning hot sauce wasn’t enough for us.

There’s something special about gathering around a table.

THESE HANDS.

There are hot sauce companies.
And then there are hot sauce makers.

TCCSauce is a hot sauce maker.
For 6½ years, these hands have been behind every single bottle we’ve made, backed by 36 years of culinary experience

These hands picked the ingredients.
These hands chopped, roasted, caramelized and cooked.
These hands stirred every batch.
These hands filled every bottle.
These hands shrink-banded every cap.
These hands applied every label.
Every. Single. Bottle.

Thousands of bottles have left our kitchen over the years, but not one of them left without passing through these hands.
