Bathrooms are great place to test bold prints because you get all the impact without living in it 24/7

Both of the patterns in each of these bathrooms were a water colour design which gives off a calm feeling…

Which one is your favourite…the leaves or the blooms?

Thank you Kelly for taking the time to share your photos of both bathrooms as well as your lovely wallpaper choices!

Because how would you know?🤷🏻‍♂️ Save this post!

1- Not knowing your room measurements is not big deal. We suggest starting with 1 gallon and getting more if you need it.

2- Asking us to lighten and already dark colour can be nearly impossible. There’s just not enough room in a can to add more colorant. too much colourant can cause your paint to not dry at all!

3- Storing your paint cans in a shed or garage where they are going to be cold or worse, freeze. When this happens the paint ingredients separate and cannot get mixed back together. Your paint is ruined!

4- Asking us to match a colour from your phone is very tricky since every device has its own unique screen settings

5- We always recommend taking colour chips home before having your paint mixed. We get it, sometimes there’s just no time. Maybe your painter is waiting for you. The alternative is living with a colour you don’t like.

1 - Flat, matte, eggshell, pearl, semi-gloss🤔
👉🏼each sheen level is designed for its own purpose

2 - Skipping the proper prep work😳
👉🏼one of the most important parts of painting! Cleaning, sanding, etc. before you paint

3 - Using a cheap brush or roller🙄
👉🏼 quality supplies help you get quality results

4- Not stirring the paint before using it 😬
👉🏼 it’s going to settle and this can affect the colour (especially when touching up)

5 -Not waiting long enough between coats🫣
👉🏼 re-coating too soon can cause paint to not ever dry properly

If you have peeling paint—don’t just paint over it…it will continue to peel

Peeling paint means something is causing poor adhesion
