We do it all, not just meat. Easter dinner! Smoked prime ribs, cauliflower mash, and maple glazed Brussel sprouts with double smoked bacon. This did not disappoint. @ St. Thomas, Ontario

First event of the year! Trying out some new stuff. Come try out our bacon wrapped bacon!! Yup you heard that right!!! Slow smoked maple glazed pork belly wrapped in double smoked bacon!! 🥓

Let’s forget it’s winter just for one night. Wear your flower printed things and come enjoy a bevy; like our NEWEST release- Nothing but Hat (Spicy Blonde Ale). 🥭 🍍 🌶

Did you know we do keto bbq as well? These are keto burnt ends! We smoked them for 6 hours with our house made Dr. Pepper bbq sauce BUT made it keto. It was incredible!! Hit us up for keto Texas style bbq catering!

Here we go again! The much anticipated menu for our pop up this Saturday, August 17! Come check us out as we will once again be featuring the amazing beef from . Our wings this time will also be glazed with Palmers maple syrup. Here we try and use as many products from as possible.
