🎀 Another great event brought to life at Midtown Plaza!

For the second year in a row, 306 Party Rentals had the pleasure of helping with the setup for the C95 Radio Marathon for Breast Cancer Research! 💗

Working alongside the team at Midtown Plaza, we helped plan the layout and bring the event space together with staging, draping, tables, furniture, and more.

It’s always rewarding to see a space transform from an empty mall corridor into a fully functioning event setup!

A big thank you to Midtown Plaza for working with us again and to C95 for continuing to bring our community together for such an important cause.

🎬 Here’s a little look at how it all came together!

🎀 From 3D Planning to the Real Thing!

For the second year in a row, 306 Party Rentals had the pleasure of helping bring the C95 Radio Marathon for Breast Cancer Research setup to life at Midtown Plaza!

A big thank you to Midtown Plaza for working with us again on the event planning and layout, and to C95 for continuing to put on such an important event for our community. 💗

One of the things we really enjoy about projects like this is seeing how everything comes together, especially when there’s a lot happening in one space!

With staging, draping, tables, furniture, equipment, and multiple people involved in the planning process, there’s a lot to coordinate.

This is where 3D event design can make a huge difference.

Working with Midtown, we were able to visualize the layout ahead of time, work through equipment placement, and see how everything would fit together before setup day.

And now that the event has taken place, it’s pretty cool to look back and see just how closely the finished setup matched the original design!

📸 Check out the photos of the finished event!

👀 Curious what it looked like before setup?

We’ve shared our interactive 3D design in the comments! You can explore the planned layout yourself and compare it to the real thing.

It’s a great example of how a little extra planning can make a big difference when multiple teams are working together.

We’re grateful to have been involved again this year and to play a small part in an event supporting such an important cause. 🎀

We keep adding new inventory at 306 Party Rentals, and one of the coolest parts is seeing what we can create once all the right pieces come together. 🍿🎬

Staging, guardrails, lounge furniture, TVs, speakers… put them together, and you get these sweet mobile movie theatres!

We already offer movie-in-the-park packages, and now we’re bringing a different kind of movie night to your location with tiered lounge seating and your own theatre setup.

You can book the package online. It requires our medium delivery service, and we’ll set it up at no additional charge, provided there’s easy access to the setup location.

Have a different setup in mind? Send us an inquiry through the website. We can help put the pieces together and create a 3D design so you can see how it’ll look.

👇 Check out the link in the first comment to explore this layout in 3D and see the available packages!

We added a new reaction game to the rental lineup, so naturally Andrew and I had to test it out in the shop. 😂

Who would you put your money on, me or Andrew?

If your staff party needs a little friendly competition, this could get interesting. Available to rent from 306 Party Rentals in Saskatoon!

Another wedding season wrapped up! Here’s a look at one of the 30’ x 60’ marquee tents we set up for a wedding this year.

One thing we really enjoy about doing outdoor weddings is the planning that goes into them. There’s a lot more to it than just picking a tent size and figuring out where the tables go.

We’ve been putting a lot of work into our 3D event design capabilities, which allow us to actually lay out tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, and décor to scale. It’s pretty neat being able to see how everything will fit and try different ideas before anything gets set up.

We have quite a few tent options available, from marquee tents and large pole tents to smaller pop-up tents, depending on what you’re planning.

With the 2026 wedding season behind us, we’re already looking ahead to 2027! If you’re thinking about an outdoor wedding around Saskatoon or the surrounding area, we’d love to hear what you have in mind.

Here’s a closer look at the 30’ x 60’ marquee tent in the video:

Here is a quick time-lapse of the games area at the Neighbourhood Face Off for the Nutrien Fireworks Festival!
On Purpose Events did a fantastic job planning the layout and getting this whole space set up at Nasser Plaza. We at 306 Party Rentals were happy to provide the sponsorship for the games so everyone has a fun spot to hang out today.
The space is ready and the games are open. Come on down to River Landing, represent your neighbourhood, and play a few rounds!

🎆 Walk through part of the Nutrien Fireworks Festival before you even get there!

We mapped the Neighbourhood Face Off at K.W. Nasser Plaza in 3D using TentMapper, the event-mapping software we’ve been developing at 306 Party Rentals.

Normally, we use TentMapper to help customers visualize their events before setup. This time, we turned it into an interactive site map you can actually explore. 😎

👆 Drag around, zoom in and take a virtual walk through the plaza. Then head downtown and see how the digital version compares to real life!

And if you look closely… you might recognize a few pieces of 306 Party Rentals equipment hiding in there. 👀

Pretty cool seeing an event go from a screen to real life.

Big shout out to On Purpose Events for helping us design this! 🎆

🎆 We stopped by the Nutrien Fireworks Festival today to see everything coming together!

We’re proud to be presenting the Neighbourhood Face Off this year, with Mini Golf To Go, inflatable bowling and a bunch of our games set up downtown for everyone to enjoy.

Seeing our gear out there, people playing the games, and the whole area coming together was pretty awesome.

If you’re heading down for the fireworks tonight or tomorrow, come find us and have some fun! ⛳🎳

A big thank you to On Purpose Events for including us in this year’s festival.
