Keto Fine Chocolate - Colombian Arauquita Cocoa nibs are being ground into keto fine chocolate.

I had hoped I'd have the 99.5% ready to finish my Award Winning tablets to sell this weekend. The Ginger & Spices tablets will be available on the 22 August.

In the meantime, my shop is being filled with the wonderful aroma of chocolate.

Keto Fine Chocolate

I bought this thinking I could pre-grind cocoa nibs. I tried it. It took me less than a minute to learn that while burr grinders are EXCELLENT for nuts, they cannot be used for cocoa nibs.

Keto Fine Chocolate Baking - Flourless Chocolate Cake

Finally a flourless chocolate cake that checks all the boxes: moist, light and brimming with the tastiness of MonKKey Venezuelan MilKeto chocolate.

Shown in the photos dusted with Venezuelan Dutched Cocoa powder and Avalon Dairy cream.

6" celebration cake serves 6 to 8.
Macros for 1/8th of the cake: Net carbs 2g. Protein 5g. Fat 20g.

Keto Fine Chocolate - Golden Swirl Bonbons

Two luscious yummy layers. No sugar.

Rhubarb and strawberry, both organic and roasted.

Almond milk, organic freshly squeezed organic orange juice plus organic ginger (made by me) plus MonKKey Arauquita MilKeto chocolate form the creamy ganache.

Poured into shells of MonKKey Arauquita MilKeto chocolate: sweet keto milk chocolate.

Keto Fine Chocolate Baking -Apricot Cake

Organic apricot halves are embedded in a rich almond flour cake: lightly dusted with powdered erythritol.

The exact recipe for this cake is no longer Google-able. I found it in 2019, lost it, emailed the author of the recipe who sent a copy. Her website, healthyrecipesblogs.com only has a plain almond cake recipe that is somewhat similar.

The net carbs are a bit higher because of the apricots. I am currently calculating the macros.
