Bulk Cheese Warehouse on Broadway Ave smoked this four year old cheddar cheese. Bulk Cheese Warehouse 🇨🇦

I paired the cheese with MonKKey San Vicente MilKeto chocolate I made with Colombian single origin cocoa nibs. Cacaitos 🇨🇦

Avalon Dairy's organic cream - of course! Avalon Dairy 🇨🇦

And a splash of Pemberton Distillery (BC🇨🇦) organic Apple Brandy.

Toasted pecans add a nutty texture.

A keto muffin chock full of all kinds of tasty ingredients:
Sour cherries - from my garden
Cranberries
Roasted Hazelnuts
MK6 espresso from Museum Coffee Roastery on Broadway
Ground candied Venezuelan nibs
Plus two kinds of chocolate in the chopped truffles - Venezuelan and Colombian (Arauquita)

Gluten-free (almond flour).

Glazed with Avalon cream and powdered erythritol.
