Today’s product of the day is bridge city beans, Broadway Bridge roast.

This is a “Cinnamon Roast”, referring to the much lighter colour of the beans that have been roasted at a lower temperature. The bean’s natural acids are left undisturbed by the gentler roasting, resulting in much sharper contrasts between sparkling forward notes, and the deep back-of-tongue echoes.
Like the artistic Broadway Bridge itself, this blend provides a smooth transition from a busy day downtown to a quiet evening at home.
