Online Bidding Rules

1. How Does It Work?

By participating in our ONLINE BIDDING, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these rules.
2. All items are as is and sales are final. However, can be viewed at 143B 2ND ave North during opening hours. Price does not include GST.
3. The bids end on SATURDAY at 8 pm. Please make a BID before the closing time; however, for those who will miss the bidding period and wish to take advanta

ge of our absentee bid option, you may PM us with your higher bid and provide the item name.
4. Increments of $1.00 or more
5. If a bidder fails to comply with rules (not honouring bid) your name may be removed from our FB page
6. Bidders will have 24 hrs after closing bid to make arrangements for pick up. It's SIMPLE.
1.To make a bid, put the amount you wish to bid on the item in the "COMMENT" section. The bidding amount must be greater than the "Starting Bid" or "SB" amount or comment "BIN" or "BIN AMOUNT" if you wish to buy it now! Please note if there's no "BIN" on an item, the highest bid will win.
2. Bidding Terms:
*F (Following) interested & may want to bid at a later time
*SB (Starting Bid)
*BIN (Buy It Now)
3. Only the highest bidder will be notified of their winning
4. Pick up ONLY. Payment methods are Store Credit (automatically used if there's any), Cash or (Debit/Credit-pay in the store only). E-transfer is also acceptable for those who require a later date for pick up and wants the item held.
5. If you are unable to pick up, some items can be SHIPPED to you with an additional charge of shipping

Underground Trends is moving to an automated accounting program. Due to this change, effective November 1, 2017, two new policies have come into effect to properly handle the conversion:

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

-payouts must be picked up 3 months after the contract expiration date. Accounts that have monies unclaimed up to 90 days after the contract expires will be cleared and closed. ACTIVE ACCOUNTS

All consignor accounts must be re-activated and entered into the new system. Effective November 1, 2017, consignors who have consigned with Underground Trends greater than 6 months ago, must re-activate and collect their payouts on or before December 1, 2017 or those accounts will be closed and funds will be forfeited. It will take some time and work to convert accounts to the new program. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we undergo this process. If you're not able to find us, we are in between Ten Thousand Villages and Swank Shoe Lounge.
