We are made up of energy, so when there is fluctuations like this, many tend to feel it. How its felt is the part that makes me curious, because it varies, so I love hearing how your feeling when they get active.

I also love reminding you that self care is import, let your body tell you what it needs, while with work and responsibilities we may not always get to listen to that, the awareness that your experiencing something outside of yourself and its not your fault for feeling extra tired or blah or not hungry or however you experience these, its a way to be much nicer on yourself and feel connected to earth and to the people around you who are fluctuating in their own way.

It promotes self compassion and compassion for other, which is always needed🩷

I feel like the last few days up to a week has been an interesting energetic fluctuation for many so I thought id come on and make a post for those of you who felt it 🩷

There's some shifts happening in and around us that are helping us embrace lighter energies, deeper love for self and others. We are integrating them and that can feel amazing and/or very difficult and everything in between.

Sometimes we may feel like what we were used to is being peeled away from us pushing us into the unknown, and it can feel scary, holding on and holding yourself back is what will make these energies feel much more challenging.

These energies hold amazing potential for personal growth, abundance and opportunities in all forms and releasing fears to embrace a higher frequency timeline.

This isn't pressure, or etched in stone, these energies will be around again and again and in many different forms, if you aren't feeling ready, you may feel uncomfortable but its ok. Your not missing anything by being where your at.

If you are wanting to embrace these energies, grounding yourself, loving selfcare, compassion to self and others and activities that bring you joy can help with integration.

And for those who are in-between, feeling both, this is a magical time of self awareness, and seeing more clearly what does and doesn't work for you and where you want to go or who you want to be or experiences you wish to have or healing you need. Let it come from an authentic place, your soul, not society or the people around you, and see where it takes you.
