Come out today to seek treasures at our Thift Shop! While there come and sit a spell in Cora’s Coffee Corner. We have coffee and a cookie for $1 with all proceeds going to the Summer Village of Seba Beach Public Library. They recently had their funding cut by Parkland!

Del brought these ladies down who knew Cora Mustard and had stores to share about her. How wonderful is that! Del also donated cakes & treats! Thank you Del!! If you’d like to donate some of your favourite cookies, please feel free! Cora would approve. She would bake cookies and have the coffee on for volunteers and workers!

We are open Saturdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 3pm. We are a non profit so our profits go to maintaining the Seba Seniors Centre, programming for our Seba Seniors members and we donate to local causes as well!

Did you know our Thrift Shop is a non-profit?
Every dollar of profit goes directly back to supporting the members of Seba Seniors and the programs that help keep our community strong.

As we head into spring—and yes, spring cleaning is upon us (whether we like it or not!)—we invite you to consider donating your gently used items to our Thrift Shop. Donations have been declining lately, and your support truly makes a difference.

We accept donations every day.
Donation bins are located at the back, between the lounge and the garage. Or donate when we're open on Wednesdays & Saturdays from 10am - 3pm. Come and sit a spell, have a coffee and cookie in Cora's Coffee Corner. All proceeds from the sale of coffee and cookies go to the Seba Museum!

Thank you for supporting Seba Seniors and helping us continue to give back to our members and community.

Did you know Cora’s Coffee Corner (at our Seba Seniors Thrift Shop) was created to honour Cora Mustard. Cora had the idea of creating a Thrift Shop 50 years ago to help pay for the maintenance of the Seba Seniors buildings. She always baked cookies and had the coffee pot on for thrifters and volunteers!

As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, we’ve given Cora’s Coffee Corner a fresh new look — our soft launch of this new look is tomorrow , Feb. 14! So come out to shop, check it out and “sit a spell”.

If you’re coming, we’d love for members to bring a donation of your favourite homemade cookies to share. Cora would approve 🫶

Come on out tomorrow to check out the new look of Cora's Coffee Corner in the our Thrift Shop; learn about who Cora Mustard was and her importance to our little shop. As Cora used to say:

"Coffee is on and the teapot hot; you're invited to sit a spell, if all this shopping has tired you out!"

We are open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Cora’s Coffee Corner – 50 years old!

Did you know that our Thrift Shop is managed by Seba Seniors and that the Seba Seniors family began its journey in 1976 with Cora Mustard leading the Thrift Shop. In fact, it was her idea to start up a Thrift Shop, and back then, she used a black purse as the cash register. Her motto was “Coffee is on, teapot hot, come and sit a spell to visit if all this shopping has tired you out!”

As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations in 2026, our Thrift Shop welcomes you to stop by Cora's Coffee Corner starting February 14 (Saturdays & Wednesdays thereafter) to see our new look. Take a moment, spend time with a friend old or new and chew the fat as they say...Seba Seniors looks forward to seeing you soon!
