Just wanted to let the followers of this page know that this past year's project was a success! I taught my son the art of leathercraft by having him design and make himself the costume of a 'dark elven warrior' while I made a dwarven warrior and entered them into Hal-Con last week. Well, to our surprise, we were entered into the Master level and walked away with 2nd and 3rd place. Well, on to other projects now and appreciate your patience.

To all those folks out there, been busy teaching my son leathercraft by planning two costumes for HalCon. Dwarven warrior and dark elf warrior. First time doing outfits of this sort, so give me your thoughts.
