We have been nominated for an award! 😃
Thank you, my Sicamous Community!
I really appreciate the recognition for my efforts. 🤗

💛 2026 COMMUNITY IMPACT FINALISTS! 💛

As we wrap up our 2026 Business Excellence Awards finalist announcements, we’re finishing with a category that reflects something truly important — the difference one person, business, or organization can make in the lives of others.

Community impact isn’t always measured in dollars or recognition. Sometimes it’s measured in the people helped, the connections created, the challenges overcome, and the lasting difference left behind.

The Community Impact Award recognizes individuals, businesses, and organizations whose contributions have made a meaningful and positive difference in Sicamous and the surrounding area.

We are proud to announce our 2026 Community Impact finalists:

🏆 Deb Heap
🏆 Shuswaggi's General Store
🏆 Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue Station #106 - Shuswap

Each of these finalists contributes to our community in a different way, reminding us that making an impact doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

What matters is the willingness to step forward, support others, and help build a stronger community.

👏 Please join us in congratulating all three finalists!

And with that, all of our 2026 Business Excellence Awards finalists have officially been announced! 🏆

Over the past several days, we’ve had the opportunity to recognize an incredible group of businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and community members.

To every nominee and finalist, congratulations. Your hard work, dedication, and contributions are part of what makes our community such a special place to live, work, and do business.

Now, it’s time to come together and celebrate!
