In case you missed it, a few months ago, we announced an entirely new line of improved plugs and sockets for our electric downriggers and line pullers.

We think these new plugs and sockets are a positive advancement in every measure-- the construction is sturdier, the housing has been upgraded, we've improved the waterproofing, and polished the fit and finish throughout.

We've even added gold-plated connectors in the terminals to improve conductivity and bolster resistance to corrosion. The units are rated for 12V-30 Amps, and are IP67 certified.

If you'd like to learn more, we've put together the video below that shares lots of detailed information on all the components, and takes you through the process of wiring both plugs and sockets properly. It also contains tutorials for how to install the two mounting brackets we've developed for the product.

These next-gen plugs and sockets will be available in three SKUs:

🔹The 2121 will include a plug, a socket, a flush-mounting bracket, a 90° bracket and stainless steel hardware.

🔹The 2122 configuration will include just the socket.

🔹The 2123 will include just the plug.
