Did you know? Norfolk County farmers are raising over 2,300 sheep right here in our community!

From producing wool to helping maintain healthy pastures, sheep play an important role in agriculture. Behind every flock are dedicated local farmers who work year-round to care for their animals and contribute to Norfolk County's strong agricultural industry.

The next time you drive through the countryside, keep an eye out for these woolly residents grazing in our fields!

While the fair is our most visible event, the Agricultural Society's impact extends far beyond fair week. Throughout the year, we work to promote agriculture, support local farmers and producers, provide educational opportunities, maintain community spaces, host events, and preserve agricultural traditions for future generations.

Every livestock show, youth competition, agricultural exhibit, community gathering, and fair memory is made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers and supporters who believe in strengthening our community through agriculture.

So the next time you're enjoying a midway ride, cheering on a livestock show, or making memories with family and friends at the fair, remember there's an Agricultural Society working year-round behind the scenes to make it all possible.

Because we're more than just the fair, we're a community built on agriculture, tradition, and connection. ❤️🌾

Looking for a Fundraiser for Your Group? 🎡🙌
Volunteer together at the Norfolk County Fair, and earn money for your organization!

We’re looking for community groups, sports teams, service clubs, schools and non-profit organizations to help us deliver the 2026 Fair.

Groups can earn a financial contribution while volunteering together in areas such as:

🚗 Parking
🎟️ Admission Gates
💰 50/50 Sales
♻️ Waste Management
🙌 Other Fair support roles

We provide the training and work with your group to find shifts that fit your availability.

It’s a great way to fundraise, volunteer together and support one of Norfolk County’s biggest community traditions.
