Apple Hill Lavender Open Saturdays 10-5 and Sundays 11-4

A family operated century farm with fields of lavender and a gift shop featuring lavender and medicinal herb products.

Nestled into the sprawling countryside of Norfolk County, Apple Hill Lavender offers guests several acres of lavender fields to stroll through and take photographs of. Bloom begins in early July and continues throughout the month, often extending into August. Our Carriage House Boutique offers unique, handcrafted lavender home and body care products, made using our own lavender oils and buds. We also sell a number of culinary items including cookies, chocolates, oils, seasonings, sugars, vinegars, lollipops and more. We are also home to Raging Bowl Pottery, hand crafted porcelain serving ware made right here on the farm. We are open May through December and participate in several local arts tours. We can accommodate bus tours, professional photo sessions, and other groups. Contact us for more information.

Pick Your Own lavender is finally here!!!
Some of our lavender has decided to finally bloom. We know - it’s a little late to the party, and being at the whim of Mother Nature, we just go along for the ride!
Instead of keeping it for ourselves, we’d love for you to visit (free entrance) and come see us in the barn for more details about how and where to pick. For $10, you can pick a bundle of any variety we have - dark purple, light purple, even white!
Starting this Saturday, Sept. 12 and 13th, 10 - 5 pm.
And while you’re here - why not pick some apples too!!! Silken and Gala start this weekend!

Public service announcement: August is prime picnic weather. 🧺🌳

Our apple trees have been growing shade for generations and they are ready for your blanket. Pack a lunch, pack a book, pack a person you actually like. Come spend a Sunday.

A few things we recommend:
· A picnic blanket (we offer picnic blankets to borrow for a $10 deposit)
· Water; need to stay hydrated!
· A camera, phone, or the ability to remember things
· Your dog (tag us if you snap a good one 🐶)

Open every day 10-5. We'll save you a tree. 🌾

The tea aisle at Apple Hill is UNDERRATED. 🍵💜

We grow the herbs. We dry the herbs. We package the teas. You steep the teas. Everyone wins.

A few boutique favourites, all grown right here in our medicinal herb garden:

· Lavender Tea — our sweet, culinary buds on their own. A soothing cup that's basically a bath for your nervous system. Great for stress and anxiety.
· Lavender Chamomile Tea — the bedtime tea. German chamomile blended with our own lavender buds. Sleep is on the way. 😴
· Lemon Balm Tea — light, lemony, caffeine-free. The one you reach for when the day has been Too Much.
· Calendula Tea — bright yellow blooms full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory goodness. Also just weirdly pretty in the cup.

Each comes in a small or large size, and yes, the packaging is fully recyclable.

Come smell them in person; the boutique is open every day 10-5. 🌿

We just did our August walk-through and.... the trees are LOOKING GOOD. Branches are heavy. Colour is coming in. The trees are basically flexing.

Pick-your-own apples kicks off in September, but exact dates depend on Mother Nature, so we won't lock them in until we're closer.

Best way to be first to know: keep following our posts here! When we know, you'll know. And this year is going to be a good one. 🌾
