A customer brought in this Xbox with a familiar story: "I just tried replacing the HDMI port myself."
Unfortunately, this DIY attempt didn't go as planned. Instead of saving money, the console was left in terrible condition: multiple solder pads are completely missing, and the original copper trace lines are severely ripped out.
What was supposed to be a simple fix has now become an extensive micro-soldering trace reconstruction job—and that means it will cost much more than it should have!
Don't risk making things worse! If your console has issues, drop it off with us first and get it done right the first time.
