The Artisan's Garden Beautiful Seaside Garden Center, Gift Shop and Espresso bar, not just a shopping trip but an experience. We look forward to growing with you!

Grateful to work on the traditional territories of the Coast Salish and Nuu-Chah-Nulth peoples, specifically T’Sou-ke Nation, Scia’new Nation and Pacheedaht Nation. Take time to stroll through our beautiful gardens or take time out of your day to enjoy one of Mackenzie's Espresso bar treats from Creekmore Coffee or Queen Bee tea, from the island. Our gift shop has a nice variety of local and ethic

ally sourced products, as well as house plants and beautiful pots to pair them in, we can plant them for you on the same day. Just a reminder we have expanded our beautiful shop to the upper level so on a dry day you can enjoy your coffee from the deck and watch the ever changing view of the Sooke Harbour, the Artisans garden and Olympic mountains. Garden Center season we have large variety of vegetables, shrubs, trees, fruit trees, perennials and annuals. As well as a potting station to build your own hanging basket or pots on site.

On October 3rd, Whiffin Spit will become the most magical spot in Sooke as Witches on Water takes to the water in support of the Sooke Food Bank.

🧹 Come dressed as your best witch, wizard or magical creature
🌊 Bring your paddleboard and join the fun or stay on land
📸 Costume judging and prizes
🏆 Paddleboard race at noon
🎉 Awards at 1 PM
☕ Warm drinks, community fun & plenty of witchy spirit!

Event Schedule:
10–11 AM – Check-in & registration
11–11:45 AM – Photos & costume judging
12 PM – Paddleboard race
1 PM – Awards

Registration is a minimum $25 donation, with funds going to The Sooke Food Bank https://www.sookeregionchamber.com/event/wow-witches-on-water/

Handmade by Katie in Metchosin, less than 30 minutes from us, Lochside Pottery pieces are beautiful, functional, and something we’re so happy to always have in the shop.

We love that her ceramics are so distinctly “Lochside,” but the glazes work beautifully together. They’re timeless pieces that fit into so many homes and pottery collections.

We’re so happy to see this beautiful workshop happening in The Greenhouse next month.

Wearing Your Confidence Crown is a free workshop by BeaYOUtiful Foundation for girls and non-binary youth ages 9-12 years old.

It’s all about confidence, self-love, creativity, and connection, with activities, flower crown making, and a fun photoshoot to remember the day.
