Hey everyone,

As a small business owner I often order in material or purchase material as needed. I have always requested payment before completion as a lot of my orders are custom and personalized to the persons order and would not be able to be resold. I have been more then giving when it comes to payment and completing orders for customers before I receive payment. Unfortunately I am now having no choice to enforce payment first thing when you confirm your order. I had started/completed 3 orders in the last week to either be ghosted or no payment. I work hard to try and provide awesome things for all you awesome people at affordable prices, but I can no longer be taking money out of my own pocket that I simply do not have to just throw it away. I hope everyone can please understand where I’m coming from and understand my reasoning for this.
