What a freaking year it has been…I am so incredibly proud of our kids, our staff…and the BS brand that we are building together ❤️

Happy 2nd Anniversary to Brickhouse Smokery!!!

We’ve had a crazy year of new adventures, learning and growing:

~ Taste of Edmonton (we served 14,000 customers that week!)
~ Edmonton Italian Centres (they have been incredible to work with)
~ Strada Coffee Co. (we ❤️ Camrose!)
~ Octoberfest & Roger’s Place
~ GF Expo (this event was insane!)
~ Edmonton B**r Fest (we will be back for sure)
~ New BS website about to launch with easier online ordering ✔️
~ New point of sale system for our staff
~ BS Happy Birthday Beef Jerky for our customers 🎂
~ New product bags are in production and on their way after months of design work 😅
~ BS Meal boxes and BS Charcuterie trays
~ And…a whole new store front design reno set for next weekend so we can bring you all the fresh ready-to-go snacks with larger coolers (BS Sandwiches, BS Meals, BS Lunchables…and a hundred other ideas that are spinning in my head 😂)

We also have an incredibly exciting announcement to make soon…

All we can say for now is that this literally had me jumping on the front sidewalk with pure joy…it had our family in total shock and it had our staff in happy tears and hugs!

Watching this dream come closer…it’s so unbelievable I keep wondering if it’s real ❤️

Also, last week, we hired NINE additional BS teammates because it’s hard to keep up with you all!

I really need to update you more often…re-reading this makes me think I’m a tad nuts haha 🤣

Two years as Brickhouse Smokery and we have not looked back for even one heart beat…only forward, always forward ☀️

This Thanksgiving…I am so incredibly thankful for our rockstar staff, our kids who step up every single time, our friends who never doubted us once, and the family who chose us ❤️

Thanksgiving weekend. Bring the sausage. 😏

Turkey gets all the attention this weekend, but let’s not forget about the good stuff that keeps everyone happy while the bird takes its sweet time.

Fine Garlic. Ham. Damn Gouda. Smoked, juicy and ready to make an appearance at your Thanksgiving gathering.

Slice it up with cheese and crackers, throw it on the grill, or put out a plate for everyone to enjoy.

Because showing up with sausage is always a solid contribution. 😂

CHERRY CHIPOTLE IS HAVING ITS MOMENT. 😏

October’s Jerky of the Month is bringing a little sweet, a little smoky and just enough chipotle kick. It’s also Trevor’s favourite, so naturally we had to make sure everyone knew that. 😂

Thanksgiving long weekend is here, and between the turkey, the family and the inevitable debate over who makes the best stuffing, we figured a little Cherry Chipotle was in order.
