t's time to sunbathe your wool bedding.

Hanging or draping your wool bedding out in direct sunlight allows the fiber to be bleached, deodorized, and disinfected through this natural process.

If you have a clothesline great, if not and you live in an apartment bring your wool bedding to the park. Do what you can.

Nothing like sleeping on fresh sunbathed bedding

Do you know what material is best to sleep under in the warmer month?

Did you guess a wool duvet? 🐑 YES YES YES!!!

It's certainly beats polyesters and down filled duvets!

Wool is temperature regulating that allows your body to breath which means less sweaty nights 🌡

At night our body drops a degree or two so no matter how warm things get we usually want something to cover us. This is why we highly recommend a wool duvet.

We make light weight duvets for this very reason or if you are a hot sleeper.

Time for a new duvet! ⏱

We can not emphasize enough how important breathable materials are to sleep with! 💨

Polyester can make you sweat which means being damp and even cold. This can happen several times a night which means waking up a cranky pants. 😡👖
