We are also offering figure skate sharpenings again this season for all the figure skaters in the area.

Anyone looking to get skates sharpened for their upcoming Easter tournaments, please touch base with us this week. We will be out of town from April 20-23. When we return, we will be setup in the Polar Centre during the U15 Easter Provincials from April 25-27. Good luck to all the kids on their upcoming Easter tournaments and thanks for the support throughout this hockey season.

Welcome back to another season. Listed below is some basic information regarding sharpening and what we offer.

- 5/8, 1/2 and 3/8 standard sharpenings.
- 1/2 and 3/8 fire sharpenings for competitive hockey players who want less bite and more glide on their skates.
- 5/8, 1/2 and 3/8 sharpening for goalies.
- 5/8, 1/2 and 3/8 sharpening for figure skates.

A common question we also get asked is how often should you get skates sharpened? The normal rule of thumb is 10-15 hours (U13-U18) and 15-20 hours (U7-U11).

The rates for the season are listed below:
Hockey skates: $10
Figure skates: $15
New skates (First Sharpening): $15

Anyone looking to get skates sharpened for their upcoming Easter tournaments, please touch base with us this week. We will be out of town on Sunday, March 31 and will not be available next week.

Skate sharpening slots will be available all week:
Tuesday 8-10 pm
Wednesday 4-10 pm
Thursday 5-10 pm
Saturday 8-11:30 am
Sunday 8-11:30 am
