A few flavours to introduce:
🍋Caramelized honey + lemon: zingy citrus gel and a soft ganache of caramelized honey, fresh lemon, and a combination of caramel and milk chocolate, in a dark chocolate shell
🍊Creamsicle: orange zest, fresh orange puree, orange blossom water, milk chocolate, and a good dose of summer
🥭 Mango sweet tea: mango caramel with cardamom and star anise + sweet black tea ganache
💜 Black currant: 70% dark chocolate ganache + local black currants

Find me Etsy St. John's (St. John's Farmers' Market location) till 4 pm, Sunday September 27.

Happy fall!! I’m back at it - see you this Saturday (September 26) at the St. John’s Farmers’ Market, 9-4. I’ll be fully stocked with favourites, and a few new flavours for you to try!

Had a lot of fun working with the folks at Annie’s Wine Bar on these custom snack bars.

Inside: everyone’s favourite sea salt caramel + a salty crunchy potato chip layer + milk chocolate.

Sold in boxes of four, only available at Annie’s Wine Bar to enjoy in-house or take home. Pairs well with just about everything 🙂

2026 Advent calendar pre-orders are now open at forestroadchocolates.com.

Too early? Not to worry, I'll remind you about this again next month. But if you can cope with thinking about the colder days ahead...

24 different handcrafted bonbons will take you blissfully through the sweet, festive, and hectic month of December.

Calendars will be ready for pick up on November 14 at the Forest Road Chocolates booth at the St. John's Farmers' Market.

Delivery is available in the St. John's area for $5; please choose this option at checkout. Deliveries are scheduled for November 22.

Shipping within Canada is available for a flat-rate of $30. Calendars will be mailed via Canada Post on November 16.

These beautiful boxes feature artwork by St. John's-based artist Theresa Murphy (Hibernating Fox Studios). A true delight, inside and out!

SUNDAY July 26, 10-3 at the St. John’s Farmers’ Market! I’m taking a break from the summer production break to help celebrate St. John's Farmers' Market birthday weekend.

Come see me on **Sunday** and stock up on sweets for the rest of summer!

TOMORROW! Saturday June 20 is my last farmers’ market before I take a wee summer break. Come say hi!

I’ll have a wide selection of bonbons and a pile of pistachio hearts and snack bars and more.

(I’ve got fresh batches of all the new flavours from the past couple of weeks - rhubarb custard, mango mezcalita, basil lime jalapeno and more … and partridgeberry)
