There is a new Marine Atlantic Exhibit under construction and family events. Discover the fascinating history of the Newfoundland Railway, Coastal Boat Services, and stories of what it was like to live and work on the line by exploring features including our 1940's era train diorama, panel exhibits, automated model train display, and dockyard exhibit.

Photo shows Clarenville railway station and Postal Telegraph office (both now gone) during the early 1940's. The Locomotive in front of the water tank, is a 4-6-0 type No. 122 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for the Reid Newfoundland Company, in 1917. From the Clayton Cook collection.
