White linens, dusty pink napkins, calla Lily centerpieces (provided by the beautiful bride), white draping with fairy lights... All inside a gorgeous rustic log cabin setting (that Pictou Lodge is know for!).

*** PRO TIP: Set Your Tables in 3 Passes! ✨ ***

Setting up for a big event can feel overwhelming. But here's the secret our team swears by after 12+ years of events across Northern and Eastern Nova Scotia!

Set your tables in 3 simple passes:

🌸 Pass 1 . Linens first. Smooth everything out before anything else goes on the table.

🌸 Pass 2 . Flatware and glassware. Work your way around each table in one direction.

🌸 Pass 3 . Napkins and centerpieces. The finishing touch that pulls it all together!

Bonus tip: Always set 10% extra place settings. Surprise guests happen. Don't stress about it!

Full rainbow energy was the assignment and we delivered! 🎉

This ceiling hoop setup turned the entire room into a rainbow canopy with swags of purple, red, yellow, blue, and green fabric fanning out overhead. The moment guests walked in, the room just feels like a CELEBRATION.

It's one of our all-time favorite installs to create because it changes the whole atmosphere of the space from the very top down.
