Heart, Hands & a Hammer - PEI I am a creator. Whether it is through metal or paper, there is a part of me that loves to take what is in front of me and make it something new.

I hope you will find my work to be something you will enjoy and love. Metal stamping is something I was introduced to several years ago in a community class here on PEI. It was a completely new concept to me, and it is loud! However, that single session has turned into a love of making a simple, blank piece of metal into something that you will love to wear. and ensuring that each piece is unique. And now, I keep experimenting with ways to add in new materials and methods. As I begin each piece, I never completely know where it will end up. At times, it is as if each item helps to create itself. I've also been an artist since before I could admit that fact to myself. I've drawn since I was a child - before I can even remember I've been told. Through the years, I've moved through a variety of mediums: graphite, coloured pencil, and acrylic paint. And now my newest medium is watercolour and ink/pen. There is so much left for me to explore on my creative journey and I hope you will join me.

We cannot believe it! It's almost here! In just 24 hours the little schoolhouse in Avonlea Village will be open so you can enjoy some of the incredible artisans PEI has to offer.

Our 2026 season hours are:
June - 10am to 6pm
July-August - 10am to 7pm
September - 10am to 6pm

The Avonlea Village Artisans are so excited to announce that we will be opening our little school house in Avonlea Village on June 12, 2026!

Make a trip to Anne's world a part of your plans this summer! We will be open from 10-6 daily in June and September and 10-7 in July and August.
