Hi everyone!
We thought we'd share this post in case you're missing Tish's wonderful oven mitts -- yes, you can still get them! I know that I own a few pairs, and have given them as gifts many times ("hot pepper" themed mitts with a few jars of excellent hot sauces, for example!).
A note from Tish:

Well, look who now has her own shop right here in Stratford!
Many of you will remember Ann Kelly's beautifully detailed paintings of animals on rocks, slate, and wood. Ann was with us for many years, and quite a few of our regular customers have a collection of her work.
Congratulations to Ann! We couldn't be happier for her!! 🎉

After yesterday's post, Donna contacted us to let us know that you can find her HUGELY popular, beautiful fused glass "One of One" pieces in a few locations. We LOVE Donna's glass pieces, and we know that our customers did, too!

Hi everyone!
We know it's been a while since we last checked in -- we hope you're all doing well, and that you had a great summer! We're LOVING retirement, but miss you guys!

With the cooler weather and Christmas just around the corner, we just wanted to let you know that we've received a LOT of inquiries from regular customers wondering where they can find the gorgeous soft & warm flannelette nightgowns that we carried for many years. We've chatted with Mary Ellen, and she has given us permission to pass along her email address to anyone who'd like to order a nightgown from her directly.

Hello, everyone! It's been a while since we've checked in!
Retirement is wonderful -- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars, highly recommend!

We promised to let you know where you could find some of the creations of our amazing artisans as they find new homes for their wonderful product, so today we thought we'd let you know that Caroline's extremely popular animal hats can be found just down the street at our neighbour's cute little shop, "Got It Made"! Caroline has been busy knitting up some of your favourites, as well as creating some adorable new styles!
So, head on over to Got it Made, and grab a few -- we know from experience that they get snapped up as quickly as she can make them!

That's all, folks!
It's been such a fun ride, and we've loved absolutely every minute of it!
When we started over 20 years ago, we had no idea what we were doing as far as running a business went. All we knew was that we both had a passion for all things handmade; we were both ready for an adventure; and that although we are different in so many ways, our friendship was solid, and those differences meant that we had knowledge and experience in a variety of things -- the perfect balance!
That decision to jump in with both feet was the best decision ever! Not only did we learn on the go, we did ok! With the help of hundreds of talented people, loyal customers, and supportive friends and family, we've had a very successful run -- and we've made many forever friends along the way!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You will be missed!

PS: we're going to keep our socials active for a while, so that we can post updates about our artisans (and where you can find their creations), and retirement life!

WOW! WHAT A WEEK!
THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by during our clearout sale! The response was overwhelming! With your help, we've managed to sell off most of our large pieces, as well as props and small tchotchkes and thingamabobs!
The store is now officially CLOSED, but please do wander by this week, and check out our 'FREE' table outside the shop, where we'll continue to place useful items as we come across them during our packing & cleaning up phase.

💥PLEASE NOTE💥: If you have purchased large pieces, but haven't picked them up, yet, you have until the end of day Wednesday March 20, or they'll be donated to the thrift shop. PLEASE CALL AHEAD before you pick up your items, so we can make sure that we'll be here for you at that time.

Another little trip down memory lane this morning! This one is from the first year we opened, in our original Erie St location.
Many of our wonderful, talented artisans have been with us since the beginning when we were in that spot! We're going to miss the relationships that we've built over the years, that's for sure!

We're all pretty excited around here, can you tell?!
BONUS DAYS are coming up next week starting Tuesday! We'll be clearing out all of our props and furniture, (including some really cute antique pieces), shelving units, book & card spinners, tables, display units (too much to list here) and any remaining stock!
Everything is priced to GO!
Watch right here (and look for window signs) for "POP-UP" day announcements, and perhaps some photos of what we have on offer -- but get in fast to get the pieces that you want!
