Introducing 9.47 knives by Perceval Born from a simple idea: make a table knife with the same qualities of a folding knife. This one is made to seduce beautiful cuts lovers. Sleek and elegant, the 9.47 table knife distinguishes itself by its pure and timeless lines.

Yves Charles, starred chef in Paris decided to create a table knife for his restaurant. He got in touch with Atelier Perceval to put his ideas into practice. From this collaboration resulted the 9.47, which has been an immediate success. This knife is named after a natural wine produced by Stéphane Majeune and containing 9.47 alcohol degrees.

All apparel is handcrafted ethically by artisans in Lorna’s studio in South East Asia and is sustainably made with 100% natural fibres, with minimal environmental impact. From the early years of experimenting in her studio in 2007 with the potential of two-dimensional materials to create a foldable, pleated hat design, in 2011 this experimentation resulted in the pleated hat, later to be affectionately named by Lorna – “The Capri Hat”.
