Wild Soul started as a yoga studio with a simple intention: to create a space where people could move, breathe, and feel a little more like themselves again. Over time, it has become something so much bigger than we ever imagined, a place of connection, community, healing, and belonging.

And now, we’re so excited to share the next evolution of that vision…

Wild Soul Studio & Wellness Collective is opening a café. Grounded.

This has been quietly growing behind the scenes for a while now, through conversations, brainstorming sessions, taste testing, and lots of dreaming. We’ve been experimenting with new flavours, testing products from Lake & Oak and Shroom Soda. We're dreaming up iced matcha lattes, cold brew flavours, cold foams, tea-based refreshers, iced chai lattes, and so much more.

We’re growing our team, refining ideas, and beginning to collaborate with local businesses to bring in thoughtfully made treats and food options that support and celebrate our community.
