“Brick or stone?”
We get asked this every week, and the honest answer is: it depends what you want the house to say.
Brick reads crisp and confident. It holds a hard edge, it takes colour beautifully, and it gives a modern elevation a bit of weight and formality. Stone reads grounded and quiet. The texture does the work, the colour stays soft, and it settles a house into its lot instead of announcing it.
Here’s the rare part — these two are next door to each other. Same builder, same street, same crew, same year. The only variable that changed is the cladding.
