Check out Andy’s East Coast Kitchen's iced tea made with King Cole tea!

4 orange pekoe tea bags
1 large k**b ginger, rough chopped
zest/peel of 3 lemons
2 litres boiling water
juice of 3 lemons
1 cup sugar
Handful fresh mint
1/2 tsp salt
2 trays of ice cubes

Use a vegetable peeler to remove long strips of lemon peel from the lemons.
Roughly chop the ginger, leaving the skin on if desired.
Add tea bags, ginger, and lemon peel to a large pitcher.
Pour boiling water over top.
Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and strain out ginger and lemon peel.
Add lemon juice, sugar, mint, and salt.Stir until sugar fully dissolves.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until chilled.
Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint. Store refrigerated for up to 5–7 days.

4 cups King Cole Tea
2 Tbsp (rounded) sugar
1 can frozen lemonade
Water (as directed on the can of lemonade)

Mix together, add ice and enjoy!
