Rebel Nutrition is looking for an experienced Office & Sales Coordinator to assist in managing the day-to-day sales requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail are important qualifications for this position, along with good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone with some farm/livestock-related experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet & welcome walk-in customers. Deliver a high standard of professional customer service. Meet & exceed customer expectations.

· Answer phone calls cheerfully

· Responsible for inventory and assist Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate Books.

· Maintain and update sales and customer records.

· Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

· Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.

· Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable always, maintaining an organized office environment.

·Perform related and general administrative duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Applicable knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

· Experience in customer service

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Multi-tasking aptitude

What will be considered an asset?

· Proficiency with computer, knowledge of QuickBooks

· Farm or livestock-related experience

· Forklift experience
