Boreal Plant Co. Providing plants and all your plant needs for Thompson! We cannot offer refund after 24 hours from the time of arrival. Shipping is at the risk of the buyer.

Refund/ Shipping/ Delivery Policy
Due to the living nature of our products all sales on plants are final and we do not offer returns once the plants have been picked up or shipped. Please send us an email including pictures within 24 hours of receiving your new plant if you have any concerns about your plants upon arrival . A 15% restocking fee applies if your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order. Some discounted plants are not eligible for refund. We cannot control the weather and we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the plants due to shipping delays or mishandling of the box once it has left our shop.
