We're thrilled to share on behalf of our tenant, Anytime Fitness, that a brand-new 8,000 sq. ft. fitness center is officially coming to Thompson, MB!

With construction set to begin in the coming months, the south-side units of the mall will be converted into a modern fitness facility, complete with its own dedicated entrance at the South side of the mall for convenient access.

Recent concerns raised about the use of classical and opera music on our property have sparked important conversations—but they miss the broader context. This initiative is just one part of a much larger safety strategy we've implemented in response to ongoing, serious incidents affecting our tenants, customers, and staff.

We’ve made significant investments to improve public safety—not out of preference, but out of necessity—and we’re now seeing real, measurable results. Today, we’re sharing the full story behind our actions, the outcomes to date, and how the community can stand with us in calling for urgent, long-overdue support.

🎃👻 Halloween 2024 at City Center Mall was a spooktacular success! Thanks to Mall of The Arts Inc. for hosting an unforgettable community runway show filled with creativity, costume magic, and incredible talent! 🧙‍♀️✨

Our runway was packed with community members showing off their impressive Halloween costumes — from mini superheroes and ghouls to some seriously creative DIY looks. This event wasn't just a fashion show; it was a celebration of community spirit and creativity.
