I've resigned myself to the fact that I am not going to have a bountiful cherry harvest this year. I will however, have lots of adorable raccoon photos, and in truth, I think I might just prefer having nice photographs.

So many Baltimore Orioles in the garden this year! They have been loving the oranges and BirdBerry Jelly, and I have loved seeing the almost constant activity at the feeder. One caught my eye though, not orange but brown. The last Orchard Oriole I saw was more than 10 years ago, and this was the first time in my garden.
