Submit your inquiry online, select pickup or delivery, and tell us about your company’s purchasing requirements. A member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

In the early hours of this morning at approximately 3:16 AM, our business was broken into.

The suspect arrived on a bicycle, was wearing a yellow hoodie and gray sweatpants, and smashed our back door before stealing our cash register, which has Battery Doctors stickers on it.

We are offering a cash reward for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the individual responsible.

If you recognize this person, saw anyone matching this description, or have security camera footage from the area around that time, please contact the Thunder Bay Police Service and reference this break and enter at 714 May St. N. Important Update Regarding Battery Inspections:

We are extremely grateful that so many people in Thunder Bay trust us as their first choice for free battery inspections.

This year, we have received a record number of batteries for testing. While we are happy to help, thorough battery testing can be very time-consuming, especially when batteries require charging or additional inspection before accurate results can be provided.

Because we currently operate from a very small shop, it has become increasingly difficult to manage the number of batteries being left with us while still meeting customer expectations.

We are actively working toward purchasing a larger building that will allow us to better serve our customers. In the meantime, we have had to update our battery inspection policy.

Please take a moment to read the policy before bringing in any batteries that will need to be left with us for testing.
