A bouquet full of the flowers she loved most for a late-summer wedding — dahlias, roses, soft textures, a little wildness, and all the pretty colours.

We loved designing this bridal bouquet and the rest of the wedding flowers for their day. There’s just something so special about creating the flowers that get to be part of someone’s big day — from the first look to the last dance.

Peace lilies are pretty forgiving, but a few little things will keep yours looking its best 🌿

• Bright, indirect light is best
• Let the top inch or so of soil dry out before watering again
• They’ll let you know when they’re thirsty — those dramatic droopy leaves are hard to miss 😂
• Make sure your pot has drainage so their roots aren’t sitting in water

To celebrate Canadian Flowers Week, a bucket of beautiful, locally grown blooms from Hard Scrabble Blooms was delivered to us, with the intention of creating something unique with these locally grown flowers.

We then used them to fill an order for one of our very loyal customers — someone we know appreciates and supports local businesses. 💕

Cosmos, brown lisianthus, green amaranth, apricot strawflower, white lite sunflowers + a few other favourites, all coming together for an anniversary arrangement that feels like late summer in flower form.
