What an incredible time at Rock on the River! 🤘🎶 It was amazing meeting so many of you. Kara, the Emmas, Hailee, and I had an absolute blast! Thank you to everyone who stopped to say hello, take a photo, or just chat for a few minutes. Your support means the world to us!

Today we're celebrating something extra special—Charlotte's 5th birthday here at Aquatics & Exotics! 🎂🎉 The store is still OPEN as usual, but please bear with us if we're a little busier than normal while we do everything we can to make this little girl's birthday absolutely magical.

UPDATE! HAS BEEN FOUND!

🚨 MISSING STOLEN BABY SNAKE 🚨

The good news is that most of our stolen property has now been recovered. Unfortunately, this little girl and a few other items are still missing.

She is our top priority. ❤️🐍

Please note: The attached photo is not the exact snake, but it is a very close resemblance.

She is just a baby and was stolen while inside her favourite hide—a large grey Medusa skull. Whoever took her likely has both the snake and the skull together.

If you see a snake matching this description, the Medusa skull, or hear anything that could help, please contact us immediately or message our page. Even the smallest piece of information could help bring her home safely.

We have some incredible news!

After receiving many tips from our amazing community, Reptile Rob and Kara were able to track down the suspect. The entire search, confrontation, and arrest happened LIVE on TikTok!

With over 3,500 people watching live, Timmins Police arrested the suspect right on our livestream.

What's even more unbelievable is that our viewers noticed the suspect had a large knife and watched him throw it into the grass. We hadn't even seen it ourselves! Thank you to everyone who was watching and helping us in real time.

Sadly, none of the stolen reptiles were recovered at the time of the arrest. We remain hopeful that investigators will be able to obtain information that leads to their recovery, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that our animals can still be brought home safely.

To everyone who sent tips, shared posts, and stood behind us over the last day...

We have some incredible news!

We received this message today from a community member:

> "Hey, I saw your post about getting broken into... I just saw the guy at 12:41 PM, heading towards Tim Hortons by Brunette. Same vest, hat. I don't know if this will help much, but I hope it does."

The photo they provided is attached.

We cannot confirm the identity of the individual in the photo, but we wanted to share it in case it helps the investigation.

If you recognize this person, or if you see anyone attempting to sell reptiles, reptile equipment, or other unusual items that may be connected to the theft, please do not confront them. Instead, contact the Timmins Police Service. If you have additional information that may help, you can also send us a private message.
