Bill Collins, the original owner, always said that you can’t be comfortable at home unless you had a good piece of foam to sit or sleep on. I guess he was right because people kept coming for foam that was used in a number of different applications, beyond sitting or sleeping. In 1990 Foamite, in Vaughan, started to supply Foam Rubber Sales with all their foam and mattress needs. When the original

owner died, in 2002, Foamite bought the business and continued to supply Toronto with foam and custom foam mattresses that could not be found in your regular mattress stores. In 2020, the store was forced to close due to COVID-19 and the lack of foot traffic. Now, after a short break, we have decided to continue the tradition that was started by Foam Rubber Sales and carried on by Foamite. Without a middleman, or the expense of a showroom, you can now buy custom foam products and mattresses at FoamToronto.com, for less. Our mission is to provide you with comfort that may be lacking in your life and to make your home a little “Sweeter” as in “Foam Sweet Home!”
