We’re having a fundraiser Stash Sale!
If you’ve been by the store this past while, you may have noticed a certain handsome face missing. A year ago, Zuko was diagnosed with Ehrlichia and Anaplasma, which are tick-borne diseases from his time in Texas before I adopted him. These diseases cause his immune system to attack the platelets in his blood, which means even the smallest injury could be disastrous. So to keep Zuko safe, he’s been staying close to home.
Amazingly, Zuko is in great spirits and you’d never know he was sick. We also have a wonderful team at Roncesvalles Animal Hospital () overseeing his ongoing care. However, regular checkups, blood tests, meds, and a special diet are a heavy expense on a single income.
SO to raise funds to support Zuko’s treatment, I’m having a Stash Sale! This features yarn from my personal stash that could use a better home. We also have yarn that has been generously donated for the cause by people who love my lil guy. The yarn is divided in Canadian/hand-dyed, and commercial, all priced at a discount. We also have a few full, unused, unlabelled mystery skeins at an even bigger discount.
