Fall lawn care: a little cleanup goes a long way!

As the temperatures cool, there are a few things you can do to help your lawn and garden prepare for winter.

🍁 Give your lawn a final mow before winter.
🌱 Clear away fallen branches and debris.
🌿 Keep your garden beds tidy, but don’t be too quick to rake up all your leaves!

Fallen leaves provide important winter shelter for beneficial insects and other garden wildlife. Instead of bagging every last leaf, leave some in your garden beds or tuck them beneath shrubs to help create a cozy winter habitat. 🐝🦋

A little less tidying now can make a big difference for your garden’s ecosystem come spring!
