Made with concentrated fruits and pectin (no gelatine), these are delightful soft candies perfect for kids, stocking/guest gifts, or a sweet snack.
There are 6 flavours included:

It’s Christmastime, which means our stollen is back!
Gorgeous this year, packed with house-candied citrus peel, raisins, almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts, with an almond marzipan log throughout the middle. Coated in butter, sugar, more butter, and côte de neige (a type of icing sugar).

Come and grab yours! They last for ages and get better as they sit.

We finally made cachitos.

The OG version (ham) is the staple of every bakery in Venezuela — the thing you grow up eating, the thing every bakery measures itself against.

For our first batch at Noctua, we went a different route:
duck rillettes from and smoked duck from , sourced with the help of , all of it tucked into our brioche and finished with a Pamela syrup glaze.

Limited amount this Saturday. And on special every weekend of December until we run out of rillettes.

Both Caracas and Toronto have terrible traffic, so breakfast should be taken seriously.

We have three flavours this year; classico; apricot, orange, & tonka bean (pictured here); and triple chocolate. We’re consistently baking batches and will have them available throughout the month.

Thanksgiving preorder menu is LIVE!!!

Pumpkin pie with pepita streudel, apple pie, and maple-rye pecan are our staples for this year. We also have a walnut loaf and our basque cheesecakes for purchase. We have a smaller menu this year due to the busyness of our wholesale (🙏🏼).

Please preorder to secure your desired items, as we have a cap on our numbers this year. We’ll have some available for retail as well for walk-ups across the weekend, but preordering is the way to go to guarantee your treats.

We will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving Monday, so please ensure you allow adequate timing to collect all of the goodies your heart desires on the Saturday and Sunday.
