Look at this cute little oncidium! If you loved the Tariflor Lady, this is her tiny cousin — same dancing-lady family, just shrunk down. Tons of little red flowers on one long spike, on a plant that stays nice and small.

If you prefer a miniature rather than big plants, this little baby is perfect for tiny homes.

It's super easy to grow — nothing fussy about it.

A compact little Phalaenopsis that blooms its head off. Its branching spikes carry loads of small candy-striped flowers — magenta veining over soft pink — with a deep magenta lip. The variegated leaves are unusual for a Phalaenopsis — even when it's not in bloom, the foliage alone makes it worth having.

It stays small, so it fits anywhere, and it's an easy grower even for beginners.

🧬 Specialty Phalaenopsis (mericlone)

A lovely, easy Phalaenopsis with white flowers covered in deep red speckles. The pattern lands a little differently on every bloom, which is half the fun of it. 🌸

It's a good one if you're newer to orchids — the shop lists it as beginner-friendly, and it grows like a standard Phal. No fragrance on this one, it's all about the pattern.

Give it bright indirect light, water when the roots turn silver-grey, and keep it warm.

A popular specialty Phalaenopsis with a fun, spotted pattern. Deep red splashed over bright yellow, and it lands a little differently on every flower. 🌸

No two flowers are ever quite the same — the colour shifts a bit from blooming to blooming, depending on the season and the light.

It's also an easy grower, as Phals go — bright indirect light, water when the roots turn silver-grey, and keep it warm.

A beautiful colour form of this wonderfully variable species, ‘Red’ is prized for its rich red flowers and compact, spreading growth. The small flowers emerge individually from the base of the pseudobulbs and can appear in blooming flushes, with mature plants capable of producing flowers over an extended period. 🌿

The flowers are beautifully fragrant, with a rich, sweet, heavily perfumed scent that can be surprisingly strong for such small blooms. Fragrance intensity can vary between individual plants, but it is one of the most rewarding features of this species. 🌸

Maxillaria variabilis naturally occurs in humid forests from Mexico through Central America, where it can grow as an epiphyte, lithophyte, or terrestrial orchid. The species is known for its remarkable range of flower colours, from yellow and orange through to deep red and nearly black, making the ‘Red’ form especially striking for collectors.

It’s also an exceptionally easy-growing orchid, tolerating a fairly wide range of temperatures and adapting well to home growing conditions. It is particularly forgiving when kept evenly moist and is even considered a good windowsill orchid.

☀️ Light: Bright indirect to medium light; some morning sun is ideal
💧 Water: Keep moist; allow the surface to dry slightly, avoid prolonged dryness. Can use self watering pots.
🌡️ Temperature: Intermediate to warm, but adaptable to a fairly wide range

📍 Central America (often seen from Mexico through Panama)

This is an incredible Encyclia species that looks a bit weird and hard to capture in photos, then you see it in person and it makes total sense. Long, narrow segments with that brown wash, and a bright yellow lip with striping that reads almost like a little mask.

Blooms come spaced out along an arching spike, and the whole plant has that classic Encyclia "airy" look. If you like to grow the Brassavola/Cattleya side of the world but want something lighter and more species-y, this one scratches the itch.

☀️ Light: Bright indirect to bright light (more like Cattleya than Phal)
💧 Water: Wet to dry cycles; don’t keep it constantly damp
🌡️ Temperature: Intermediate to Warm
☁️ Humidity: 40%+ with airflow

Back in stock! Very large specimen plants - Limited Quantity

One of the most charming miniature Phalaenopsis hybrids, Mini Mark is loved for its small white flowers, colourful orange-yellow lip, and contrasting pink-purple spotting. 🌿

Its P. philippinensis influence gives it a beautiful multifloral character, while P. maculata and P. lobbii bring the smaller flower size and distinctive novelty colouring. Some clones are also lightly fragrant. 💛

This is notorious for a finicky grower. We recommend for someone with slight experience with novelty speciality type phalaenopsis. Grow warm and lean dry.

💧 Water: Water thoroughly when the mix is nearly dry; avoid keeping roots constantly wet. Faster wet dry cycles than usual. Mounting is a good option
