I want to thank this wonderful bunch of people for being a part of The Story Box Event yesterday and cafe.
It was a beautiful display of creative expression - each author and artisan having their own unique and beautiful passion project to showcase and share with the community.
Truly, it is an inspiring and motivating for me to watch these events come together and this is the atmosphere I attempt to create at Story Box Events. I want people to leave more inspired and feeling better than when they walked in!
The beautiful ambiance of a venue like The Crown and Press make it easy to create this experience. Their staff is wonderfully friendly, and the food and refreshments are delicious.
But ultimately, yesterday’s Event was special because of the authors and artisans who trusted The Story Box Co. enough to hold space for their passion projects.
Each one of the artisans and authors have a special story to tell…a story of why they create what they create, why they write, why they show up ready to share. I am looking forward to hearing more stories and I hope to share them on this platform!
If you did not have an opportunity to visit yesterday, please follow each one of these accounts and support their very important work. Order from them, gift from them… keep them in mind and share their books and creations with others!
How wonderful it is to think that today adults and children are reading books, burning delightfully scented natural candles, wearing pretty jewellery, putting on uniquely designed clothing, decorating their homes with beautiful pottery, all because this group of people below decided one day to take action on a creative idea with love and pure intention 💡♥️!
