Just a bit of realness about the journey, and how owning a business for 10 years comes with so many different seasons.

Today, I can genuinely say I have my dream career. What’s funny is that it’s technically the same career I had five years ago. What’s changed is my purpose, my perspective, and the way I live my life alongside it.

I take care of myself so much better today. I have hobbies again. I make time for the people and things I love. Five years ago, I had slowly let so much of that go. 437 was my entire identity. Today, it’s a really important part of my life, but it isn’t my whole life.

A lot of inner work had to happen before I could change the way I experienced my outer world. My circumstances didn’t necessarily need to completely change. I did.

I want to normalize the ups and downs that come with building something over a long period of time. There are seasons where it consumes you, seasons where you question everything, and seasons where you find a completely new relationship with the exact same thing.

And more than anything, I’ve learned how important it is to pour into yourself. Taking care of yourself doesn’t take away from what you’re building. It allows you to bring a better, fuller version of yourself to your business, your career, and your life.

Adrien called me in to a fitting of our new Off-Duty sweats (I now wear them on all my travel days)

I’m the crazy dog lover that will always ask to pet (or pick up) your dog 🙈

I missed playing volleyball so decided to start 1:1 lessons and it’s been so fun☺️

Made my favourite Persian meal for dinner 🥘
